Shipping Times:  

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days
  • If a size or item is out of stock, it will be marked as "Pre-Order." Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated date provided at the time of purchase.
  • A shipping confirmation email, including tracking details, will be sent once your order leaves our facility.
  • Shipping typically takes between 7-15 business days after dispatch.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect.

Return Process:

  2. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

    Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • Exchange Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • To make an exchange, please follow the same steps as for a return and specify the size or color you would like in exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@son9d.com. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund and cover the return shipping costs.
